We’re a second-generation, family-owned Marlborough winery known for doing things a little differently. From pioneering naturally produced lighter-alcohol wines to championing adventurous varietals like Albariño and Chenin Blanc, we’re always exploring what’s next.
Roles Available (Harvest 2026)
- 1 × Vintage Lab Technician
- 1 × Night Shift Winemaker
- 2 × Cellar Hands
- 1 × Cellar Door Host (seasonal, harvest period)
Timing: Positions commence in late February / early March 2026 and run for a minimum of eight weeks, with flexibility to extend for the right applicant. A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed, with longer shifts as harvest peaks and fruit starts rolling in.
What We’re Looking For
Winery roles (Winemaker, Lab Tech, Cellar Hands)
- At least one vintage of winery experience (essential for all roles)
- Good communication and solid English (spoken & written)
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely (sometimes unsupervised)
- Physically fit and ready for the demands of harvest
- A positive, team-first attitude and sense of humour
- Forklift skills a bonus, but not essential
Cellar Door Host (casual)
- Hospitality or retail experience
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable chatting with visitors
- Confident with POS and cash handling
- Weekend availability during harvest

The Practical Bits
- You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand for the vintage period
- Driver’s licence helpful; forklift endorsement a plus
