From Jacksons Road in central Wairau – an old riverbed of stony, free-draining silt loam over deep gravels. Warm days and cool nights here give Grüner its crisp line, aromatic lift, and that hallmark spice.

The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night, then cold settled and fermented – the heavier pressings in old barrels, and the fresh, fruity free-run juice in stainless steel. The result? A perfect combination of old-world richness and exotic nuance, wrapped in the fresh, zesty, fruit-forward charm of Marlborough.
