The Doctors Riesling 2008
Forrest’s commitment and dedication to Riesling can almost be classed as an obsession! Riesling reflects terroir more than any other white grape variety and with specific sites earmarked for each style, certain vineyard attributes can be influenced to affect and shape the wines. This gives each style its own clear identity while highlighting Riesling’s fruit character and acid profile.

Tasting Notes
Lime sorbet and juicy green apples on this lifted and appealing wine, together with hints of dried apricot, spices and mango adding to its overall exotic nature. Some lovely sweetness balanced by the fine acidity and the wine’s naturally lower alcohol ensure this is a refreshing, delicious experience.
